"We are holidaying in Harvington and saw that they did takeaway on a Friday. We both had Fish and Chips. The fish was done beautifully in beer batter with homemade chips and peas. I would have loved to have given them 10 out of 10 but I had 9 bones in my piece of fish which spoilt it a bit, they do warn you about the bones though."

"Visited the Golden Cross with my young family and couldn't have been happier with our choice. The pub has obviously undergone a transformation under the new landlord. Very clear social distancing rules and easy to adhere to. Pub smells and looks clean coupled with a garden that is a delight with herbs and plants to view and educate. We had a Sunday lunch which was delicious and nothing was too much trouble in regards to the children's meals. We'll be back and would recommend highly."
