Charges

 

Hourly £15
Hourly for Regular Users (hires the hall at least once a month) £8.50 per hour
Maximum Full Day Charge £150
Party Package (4hr daytime) £45
Weekend package (16.00 to 23.00 Friday, 8.00 to 23.30 on Saturday and Sunday) £400
Sound system with loop induction £15 per day (other times by arrangement)

Once a date and time has been agreed, hirers are requested to read and accept the booking conditions, download, print, complete and return the form below.

The Hall may be hired by anyone over 21 years of age, subject to availability and approval by the Hall Committee.  The Hall is hired subject to the terms and conditions in the Hirers Agreement.  

We require a Non-Refundable 50% deposit paid with a booking form. The remainder in cleared funds/cash must be received at least 7 days prior to the event.  We accept either cash or cheque. A returnable security deposit may be requested.
