Oh no! I couldn’t get by without a lot of help. My wonderful team of colleagues includes:
Every church also has a team that puts together a service at least once a month, sometimes more, without any involvement from me, and they do an excellent job. They offer a style of service that I think of as "the community at prayer". These services get good support from the parish – and not just the regulars. I feel really fortunate and delighted that so many people want to get involved.
A country clergyman’s job is one of helping and encouraging others to discover their Godly calling.
