At the moment we are adding in content as representatives from the various clubs and groups provide it (we'll be out there nagging).
The calendars are being arranged so that each group can maintain their own calendar which will feed into a central one. This will hopefully reduce the number of clashes and ensure that each event gets the maximum exposure.
We are also conducting an exercise to gather together everyone's email address so that we can send out our regular newsletter. It's probably going to be 'house to house' so that we don't miss anyone out.
