The NHS Couch to 5k plans designed to get you off the couch and gradually work up to running 5k. It is a plan developed help absolute beginners get into running but it is perfect for absolutely everyone, no matter what fitness level you're at.
This programme will be delivered at the Lenches Sports Club, 11:30am-12:30pm starting on Saturday 18th April for 9 weeks.
The course is absolutely free, no need to book, just turn up.
