Under Article 2 of the Articles of Association of the LSRC notice is hereby given to LSRC Members of the 17th Annual general meeting of the Lenches Sports and Recreation Club will take place at the Pavilion, Church Lench on Thursday 15th May 2014 at 7.30 pm
Under Article 29 three Trustees are required to resign each year, and may also choose to offer themselves for re-election.
Retiring Trustees are:
Simon Badger prepared to stand
Tom Cain Not prepared to stand
Liz Powell prepared to stand
A vacancy exists
Members who wish to stand for election must inform the Secretary of the LSRC not less than seven days before the AGM of their intention to stand.
Members who wish to stand must notify the Secretary no less than seven days before the AGM. Members who wish to nominate another member for election as Trustee must get confirmation of the nominee that they are willing to stand and to notify the Secretary no less than seven days before the AGM of the name of the nominee. Trustees must be over the age of 18.
Any resolutions to be put before the AGM should be proposed and seconded and submitted in writing to the Secretary at least seven days before the AGM,
This year FRAME will take place on 13th July at the Sports Ground Church Lench from 1 pm to about 5.30 pm

The Lenches Sports Club is considering applying for a grant to enable its Tea room in the pavilion to also be used as a computer training room with wireless internet access. This room is mainly used atweekends only. We believe that this could benefit the community in the following ways.
