Accounts and Charity Commission Reports

The Village Hall Accounts in the form of a simple balance sheet are presented to the Annual General Meeting each year. Since 1990/91, these have been prepared electronically and are included below, prior years are held in hard copy format.

If a charity's turnover exceeds the Charity Commission's limit for a small charity in any particular year then a report prepared by an independent financial adviser must be sent to the charity commission. For the years 2003 -2010 such reports were required as this was the period of highest fundraising and spend on the village hall refurbishment programme.
